What we collect

Account details you provide (name, e-mail, company), billing records, technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) and the customer data your team stores in the workspace.

Why we process it

To operate the service, secure it, bill for it and communicate with you about it. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Hosting in the European Union; payment processing by Stripe and Viva Wallet; transactional e-mail delivery by our mail provider. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement.

E-mail tracking

Workspaces can enable open and click tracking for the e-mails they send. Tracking records a truncated IP address and browser identifier.

Retention

Workspace data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted after the deletion grace period. Backups are rotated within six months. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or erase personal data through the product or by contacting us. Data subject requests from your own customers can be handled from inside the workspace.
