The service

AppoinlyCRM provides a hosted customer relationship management service. Each customer receives an isolated workspace with its own database.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace and for keeping credentials confidential. You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages or to store content that is unlawful.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled from the billing page. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Unpaid workspaces become read-only, then blocked, then scheduled for deletion.

Your data

You own the data you store. We process it only to provide the service, keep encrypted backups, and delete it when your workspace is deleted. You can export everything at any time.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided by e-mail during business days.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice inside the product. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription; we may terminate for breach of these terms.
